General Heating Tips:

Preheat your oven before placing trays inside.

Remove plastic lids before heating.

Stir contents occasionally for even heating.

Use a food thermometer to ensure dishes reach a safe serving temperature.

COOKED ENTREES
Pork Loin/Filet Mignon/Turkey Breast: Preheat oven to 350º, heat covered for 20-30 min.
Chicken / Beef Dishes: Preheat oven to 350º, heat covered for 30-40 min.
Rib Roast/Crown Roast: Preheat oven to 300º, heat covered for 30 min. Serve with hot gravy.
Lamb: Preheat oven to 350º, heat covered for 15-20 min. * Baby lamb chop platters to be served room temp.
Seafood: Preheat oven to 350º covered.
For sauced dishes uncovered. 15-20 min.
Turkeys: Preheat oven to 350º. Add pint of turkey stock to pan & heat covered.
Whole Turkeys: 60-75 minutes.
Carved Turkeys: 45-60 minutes.
Spiral Ham: Preheat oven to 350º. Heat covered for 45-60 min. (90-120 min for Whole} Remove & up temp. to 425º. Brush glaze & finish uncovered for 10 minutes.

CHICKEN WINGS
Preheat oven to 350º, heat covered for 30-40 min.

ROASTS
Flank steak
Pork roast
Leg of lamb roast
Preheat oven to 350º & cook roasts 15-20 minutes per pound. Ideal internal temp on thickest part of roast should read 145º.
Allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.

SIDES
Eggplant /Casseroles/Mashed Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350º, heat uncovered 25-30 min.
Green Beans/ Vegetables: Preheat oven to 350º, heat covered for 15-20 min.
Other Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350º, heat uncovered 15-20 min.

APPETIZERS
Tip: For best reheat spread out appetizers on sheet pan.
Cocktail Franks, Fried Ravioli, Scallops, Spinach Bites, Baked Clams: Preheat oven to 350º, heat uncovered for 8-10 min
All Other Appetizers: Preheat oven to 350º, heat uncovered for 15-20 min

RAW TURKEYS
14-16 lb. cook for 3 - 3.5 hours
18-20 lb. cook for 4 - 4.5 hours
24-26 lb. cook for 5 - 5.5 hours
Preheat oven to 325º & add Turkey basting every 30 min. Ideal internal temp on thickest part of breast & thigh should read 165º.
Allow Turkey to rest for 20-30 minutes before carving. Simmer gravy as Turkey sets.
